Collect brewing waste, including biodegradable tea bags, loose-leaf tea and coffee grounds and compost for later use in the garden. The knock box will store the contents of your brew and the filter will catch all solid waste, allowing you to rinse your cafetière through it without blocking your kitchen drains. The drip tray will retain any excess moisture from the contents and can be easily removed for use in watering plants. while the solid waste retained in the filter can be made into compost. Partly made from organic by-products of coffee production that would otherwise go to waste.
