Cranked Palette Knife
Known as a Cranked or Angled or Offset Palette Knife.
A good quality versatile kitchen tool with flexible stainless steel blade and a riveted wooden handle.
The blade is angled to spread icing, buttercream, cream, frosting and fillings.
Can also be used to turn food while cooking, or to smooth the surface of soft foods such as mashed potato.
Not suitable for non-stick pans.
