Egg Piercer
An egg piercer reduces the risk of eggs cracking when you boil them in their shells.
To use, simply place on a flat surface, turn the safety ring to 'punch' and gently press the wide end of the egg down onto the needle which will become exposed as you press the egg down. The aim is to pierce the shell, but not the membrane underneath.
When not in use turn the safety ring to 'lock' so the pin cannot be exposed accidentally.
