Payment Details

Orders can be placed on line and paid for by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. You can also ring us and place an order over the telephone to pay by credit or debit card.

We are also happy to accept orders by post with payment by cheque made payable to SALT AND PEPPER LTD. All orders must be paid for before dispatch but we are happy to send a pro-forma invoice if required.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to keep all items displayed on our website in stock (except where it states that they are dispatched directly from the manufacturer). We have stock arriving daily. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will inform you by email immediately.You will have the choice to cancel the order, replace with an alternative or wait for it to come into stock. If the item is part of a larger order with the remaining items available you will also be given the choice to either wait for the missing item and only be charged once for delivery or have the existing items dispatched and pay a separate delivery charge for the out of stock item when it is dispatched.

All credit card transactions made on SaltandPepper.co.uk are conducted through a secure payment site. Your credit card number and pin number are never revealed.

At all times Salt and Pepper Ltd abide by the UK Data Protection Act and will not pass your personal details to any third party.
