Over the last 20 years this pan has won numerous awards, including the acclaimed BBC Good Food 'Star Buy' for cake pans. Now re-designed for the 21st Century, the new pan is even more versatile than the original. Adjustable to make just about any size of square or rectangular cake up to 12in (30cm) square by 4in (10cm) deep, the pan will make a full four tier wedding cake or batch bake for 6in square cakes.

The basic pan consists of a 12in square flat base, four side walls and two adjustable dividers. When not in use, the pan packs flat and fits easily into the bottom of a drawer.
