Cuisipro Accutec Rasps

A series of three different grade rasps.

The Extra Coarse grade rasp is perfect for soft cheeses, vegetables and chilled butter for pastry.

The Fine grade rasp for zesting citrus, nutmeg and cinnamon and the Parmesan rasp for Parmesan and for chocolate as it gives a fine powdery finish.

Also includes a protective cover marked with measurements up to 3tbsp/45ml.
