Mauviel M'Classic Aluminium Roasting Tin

Made from 4-5mm thick heavy gauge aluminium, this roaster is suitable for all heat sources, and can be used directly on the top of the cooker for traditional deglazing of the pan. It has a non-stick interior, a polished exterior and cast aluminium handles fixed by aluminium rivets.
