Silicone lifter for turkey, roasts and fish. Place directly in the roasting tin and place the uncooked meat or fish on top. The silicone lifter remains in the oven during the cooking process. Heat resistant to 315C. It has a large surface area which is ideal for large poultry - it holds up to an 18lb turkey! It is also perfect for delicate foods such as fish which often can break apart during cooking. Allows you to lift directly from the pan onto the serving dish.

Silicone will always retain its shape, and does not stain or retain odour. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
